Refund and cancellation policy

## Scope This policy applies to paid consultations offered by Innovativetechapps, including single sessions and multi-session packages such as hidden-market search mapping. It does not cover products, subscriptions, or physical goods — we do not sell those. ## Eligibility overview Refunds depend on how much notice you give, whether a session has already started, and whether written materials have already been prepared for your engagement. ## Cancellation timeframe - **More than 5 business days before the first scheduled session:** full refund of fees paid for unused sessions, minus any non-refundable deposit stated on your confirmation (deposits are typically 20% of the package fee). - **2 to 5 business days before:** 50% refund of the fee for the affected session or package segment. - **Fewer than 2 business days, or no-show:** no refund for that session. ## Rescheduling You may reschedule once per engagement at no charge if you give at least 3 business days’ notice and we have availability within 30 days. Further reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the timeframe above. ## Work already started If we have already delivered intake work or prepared written materials (for example, a draft organisation map), the fee for that portion is non-refundable. Remaining unused sessions in a package may still qualify under the cancellation rules. ## Non-refundable items - Consumed session time - Deposits marked non-refundable on your confirmation - Third-party costs we incurred at your request (for example, reserved meeting rooms), if disclosed in advance ## Refund process and timing Email info@innovativetechapps.digital with your name, the consultation booked, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. ## Method Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment (bank transfer is typical). This website does not process payments; refunds relate to invoices paid offline. ## Exceptions If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund for that session or a free reschedule. Statutory rights under German law remain unaffected where they apply.
